I come from Computer Science background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. I was fortunate to start my professional journey with Salesforce and have been an active trailblazer for over five years. Learning about new technologies and using my knowledge to help Businesses grow is something that I truly enjoy. The recent advancements in AI and the use cases unlocked by the success of LLMs interests me greatly.

Our client, the bank, was using Sales and Service Cloud for their business operations, and the purpose of this project was to reduce the bank's technical debt by re-architecting their Salesforce infrastructure.
